Dr. José Jaime Vázquez López José Jaime Vázquez López is currently the Vice Rector of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP), with a distinguished academic and administrative career. He holds a Doctorate in Education and has held key roles at BUAP, including Vice Rector of Budget, Planning, and Institutional Research and Vice Rector for Teaching, as well as Secretary General. He has also been a faculty member and led significant academic projects, demonstrating his extensive knowledge and experience in university management and higher education. MSc. Gerardo Pérez Lechuga Gerardo Pérez holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute's (IPN) Interdisciplinary Professional Unit of Engineering and Administrative Sciences, and a Master of Science degree sponsored by CONACYT. He brings 20 years of experience in global technology companies, having held various roles including IT infrastructure management, Project Management, presales, and digital transformation consulting. Currently, he serves as the Director of Digital Manufacturing and Sustainability Portfolio at Siemens S.A., where he helps companies achieve their productivity and sustainability goals through Industry 4.0 and its underlying technologies. He is also the Program Manager for Siemens Xcelerator in the México and Central America region and collaborates with Siemens' strategic partners on industrial digital transformation initiatives. Dr. Pablo Camarillo Ramírez He is a Senior Software Engineer at FICO and an Associate Professor at ITESO, specializing in Big Data and data ingestion. He is currently pursuing a doctorate focused on massive data visualization. His experience includes developing applications in Spark on AWS EMR using Kinesis and S3. He has also worked on Oracle Golden Gate stress testing and software for Software-Defined Networks (SDN). Additionally, he has contributed to the development of continuous integration infrastructure on High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters. Ing. Anayansi Cruz De los Santos Computer Science Engineer with over 20 years of international experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology. Specialized in SAP ecosystems, she has led strategic projects across industries such as manufacturing, finance, and the public sector. Known for translating complex business needs into scalable solutions, she has worked with global firms like T-Systems, Softtek, Interamerican Development Bank and Deloitte US, certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Integration Suite, and Project Management, combining technical depth with a results-driven approach. Dr. Carlos García Franchini Industrial Engineer with a Ph.D. in Management. He boasts 46 years of experience in teaching and educational management. He founded 13 technological institutes and developed several academic programs at TecNM. He served as director at multiple campuses and as president of ANFEI. Dr. Gerardo Ramírez Zamudio He is an executive with over 30 years of experience in project leadership and digital transformation. He has worked at companies such as Cisco, Deloitte, Pemex, VW, and Coca-Cola, leading areas like IT, PMO, ERP, and software development. He specializes in IT strategy, innovation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement. His past roles include Director of Delivery, Senior PMO, and Technology Manager. Dr. Nicolás Arrioja Landa Cosio A Computer Engineer specializing in artificial intelligence and computer graphics. He is a pioneer in virtual reality in Latin America, a video game developer, and the author of seven technical books. He has served as a professor, speaker, and mentor at universities in México and abroad. As the founder of BRAINC, he collaborates with companies on digital transformation and technological innovation. Ing. Leonardo Ramírez Sustaita Leonardo Ramírez Sustaita is the CEO and Founder of UDAAN and Disruptors México, a Master Ontological Coach with over 12 years of experience helping leaders and teams boost performance and well-being. He has led large-scale events impacting 17,000+ people across Latin America and collaborated with the INP on workplace stress research. Capitán Eduardo Galindo Castro Retired from the Mexican Navy, he is a Naval Engineer with a Master's in Educational Sciences. He possesses extensive academic training in command, politics, teaching, and special operations. He has received national and international recognition for his work in security and expertise. Lic. Jhonatan Ortíz González Jhonatan Ortiz González, born on March 15, 1991, has over nine years of experience in public security and information analysis. He is currently the Head of the Analysis Department at C5i Puebla. He has held relevant positions in security institutions in Puebla, Tlaxcala, and San Andrés Cholula. He holds a certification in human capital development and has studied Law and Computer Engineering. His profile is characterized by leadership, analytical skills, and effective team building. The Congreso Internacional de Ciencia de Datos (CICD) 2025 is an academic conference focused on the latest advances in data science, machine learning, data visualization, and intelligent systems, among other related areas, carried out by the Benemérita Universidad Autonóma de Puebla This edition will take place at Ciudad Universitaria (CU), in Puebla, at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. The conference is organized in collaboration with the Facultad de Ciencias de la Computación and aims to foster academic exchange at national and international levels. Some keynote talks will be broadcast through an online platform. The CICD 2025 is designed as an open venue for researchers and students to present early, ongoing, or completed research on data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence applications, and data governance. Submitted papers will be reviewed using a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, submissions must not contain author-identifying information or self-referencing citations. Also, the papers will be passed through AI detection to ensure that only high-quality works are produced. Accepted papers will be published in a scientific proceedings volume with an assigned ISBN.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
